what can i " do " about a very , very painful / stinging " rash " that i have somehow ( ? ) gotten on my testicles ? ! i really do not know where the " rash " came from ! however , the " rash " is on my testicles & the " rash " is very painful

My : My advicce is for you to find a low or no cost clinic in your area and go in for an evaluation. If you are in pain and are scared to use an over the counter cream, then a medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment is in order. You may have a common case of tinea cruris aka jock itch, an allergic reaction, or an std. The only way to know is ti be examined.

i've been having this odd red rash on my legs that stings when it shows up. been coming and going for years along with red dots.  can it be eczema?

Could be many things: Eczema, contact dermatitis, or even shingles, if you had chicken pox as a child. However, shingles would be rare in an adolescent with a normal immune system. Try switching to a hypoallergenic laundry detergent and bathe with hypoallergenic soaps. Patients with eczema have higher sensitivity to allergens. See a dermatologist if simple prevention does not help.

my 2 year old daughter has a rash that looks like nettle sting it comes and goes lately she has been ill with a head cold and also had slap cheek rash?

Parvovirus: Parvovirus b19 causes the classic "slapped cheek" rash; in older kids, it can cause a rash called palpable purpuric gloves and socks syndrome, that may look like a nettle sting rash.  A proper diagnosis, however, would require an exam by a doctor.

Neurogenic?: The itching may be from a neurologic source . Consult another allergist or dermatololgist who is more knowledgeable about itching disorder. There is usually a solution for your problem. I presume that you have been using moisturizer on your skin within 3 minutes after bathing since dry skin is the more common problem for itchy skin.

The trick is to  apply good protective skin cream frequently and minimize ongoing damage.  Clean it often using gentle means.
