Sounds more: Like contact dermatitis . Try washing your hands under cool water rather than hot or warm to avoid the burning, stinging sensation. Moisturize your hand. Some people develop blisters when washing too often . If worst , see a dermatologist .

Yeast Infection: It may be caused by yeast infection.You can use1% Clotrimazole cream plus 1%hydrocortisone cream both available withour prescription, use twice a day, or zeasorp -af powder apply twice a day, and for itching you can take 10 mgm zyrtec (cetirizine) available over the counter if itching is really bad, and if it does not clear up, see your doctor or gynecologist.Keep the area as dry as possible.

Rash: There are many possibilities.  The most likely is a fungal rash.  Try OTC lotrimin (clotrimazole) twice a day for  a week on the rash.  If it does not improve or resolve, then have your rash looked at by your doctor or a dermatologist.
