how do i get rid of a rash on my stomach from gallbladder surgery?

Rash: Some of the surgical "soaps" that are used to disinfect the skin before surgery can be irritating to the skin.  If it is a contact dermatitis then benedryl cream will help with the itch and cortisone cream will help with the rash.  You should probably at least contact your surgeon to see if he/she wants to evaluate it before treatment.

Contact doctor: From your description is seems that you have a skin allergy to some component of the dressing applied to the wound. It would be prudent to contact your doctor.

Common: Early after surgery, for several days, abdominal gas or bloating is common. Decrease narcotic pain medication usage and take a laxative if needed. Eat light and non-greasy foods at first. See your surgeon if you do not improve soon.

Scar vs stomach : Could be stomach related pain such as ulcer. Or liver problem or scar related like adhesion or even hernia if gallbladder surgery door open.  Talk to ur wise doctor.

Vsrirs: Common to feel gassy & bloated for a few days, usually less than a week. Concerns would be worsening abdominal pain, recurrent vomiting. Call your surgeon if you have concerns. Follow your surgeon's instructions & seem them for your postoperative follow up.

Check up: May need to see your family doctor for a check up, look for anemia. Depends on why you had surgery, gallstones or not. Slight discomforts can occur after eating larger or fatty foods.

As soon as: You feel comfortable and are pain free when you do so.  Trocar sites for laparoscopic gallbladder surgery are at most 10 mm in diameter, so chances of you hurting any of them are quite small.

i had gallbladder surgery 6 days ago and i still haven't had a bm. is there a laxative or something i can take?  my stomach is sooo bloated.

Yes: Drink more liquids & eat smaller amounts of solid foods. Decrease the amount of narcotic pain medication you are using or stop them. Go to the drug store & ask pharmacist. Can try milk of magnesia, miralax, (polyethylene glycol) magnesium citrate, etc. If you are also having vomiting or fever then contact your surgeon.

i have both a stomach filled with bile &rapid gastric emptying.(both found on tests)what could cause both? no past h/o gastric or gallbladder surgery

Call your surgeon: Abdominal distension can occur for some weeks after laparoscopic surgery or can occur from constipation. Call your surgeon for an evaluation.
