Bruises: The amount of bruising may also be affected by medications which interfere with blood clotting (and thus cause more bleeding into the skin or tissues). These drugs include many arthritis medications called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories (for example, Ibuprofen [advil, nuprin] and Naproxen [aleve]) and over-the-counter medications, such as aspirin. Warfarin (coumadin) is often prescribed by docto.

Possible: Possibly heat rash.  Also may be fungal or even an allergic reaction or sensitivity to your underwear.  Consider chaffing gel, and cotton only underwear or boxers.  If fungal may benefit from over the counter fungal products.  If gets worse or persists, I would seek out an opinion from your family doc to get a look at it and possibly benefit from a prescription.

Rash: Yeast infection is common is areas of the body that  is moist like inner thighs, arm pits. See you physician. If it a yeast infection it will require antifungal topical medication and keeping the area dry.

There : There are several possibilities for this one including fungal infection, yeast, or intertrigo (a condition of irritation in the groin).  Other possibilities include eczema or psoriasis in the area.  For "jock-itch", i often prescribe a mild Hydrocortisone cream twice daily combined with an antifungal cream twice daily in the area.  I would consider a visit to a dermatologist for evaluation and to discuss treatment options.  I hope that helps.

Need examination: If a rash doesnt respond to OTC meds, it may need a prescription medicine, for which a physician should examine it sooner than later, for possibilities of infection or some type of allergy.

Tricky: dermatologic conditions are difficult to diagnose without seeing them BUT the process would seem to be an infection since it is red and spreading. A good reason for antibiotics.

Leg hair: There are many skin conditions that have tried this have you been applying any medication sometimes the medications steroids can cause an arrest of hair growth with a rash that has lasted so long it would be wise to get the lesion biopsied.

Possibilities...: Based on your description, eczema come to mind. This can be itchy but not always. Contact dermatitis is usually itchy and it is usually an allergic reaction of some kind. Dry skin can also result in scaly-like eruptions but it likely would not be so isolated. If the patch does not resolve on its own, see your family doctor for diagnosis/treatment. Rashes are easier to diagnose if seen.

That sounds classic: For a "heat rash" which is a type of dermatitis. That said every good dermatologist I know says if it's a rash, you have to see it to make a diagnosis. See a family physician first in case it's something really obvious, but ask for a derm referral if you don't get better in 2-3 weeks of treatment.
