You should absolute-: ly see your doctor to evaluate. There are many things this could be including infection, pigmentation alteration,  but doctor should be able to diagnose and treat

Don't know: Rashes are really impossible to diagnose over the computer, so seeing a dr for a visual examination would be your best bet. In the bikini line though, you may have shaved and that can cause an irritation and folliculitis like rash.  Groin areas commonly get fungal infections too. But as stated, these are guesses only, see a dr for the answer and tx, best wishes.

Infection: You clearly sound like you have infections, probably of both the bladder and possibly an external dermatitis as well.  You need to see your doctor to determine your risk factors, causes and proper treatments.  Do not delay.

May be a fungal: yeast infection and cannot be diagnosed without direct visualization and pelvic exam. Other possibilities include a skin reaction to nail polish or acrylic or chaffing from tight undergarments. Please see your GYN.

Anal fissures are: most common, annoying painful condition , which will take long time to heal . Drink plenty of fluid , eat high fibre diet , and avoid constipation , use stool softeners   most of the time will heal with out  surgery. For rash you may need local care and  Rx antibiotic cream  see your doctor .

Maybe yeast: It sounds like you have yeast or what is commonly called "jock itch." luckily over the counter yeast creams are available. If it does not improve then you will need to see a doctor. A gynecologist should be able to help and then refer to a dermatologist if needed

Itchy: It is possible that you are allergic to the spermicide or latex- like material of the new condom
