Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Sure would like to see it, other itchy rashes include contact dermatitis (from a detergent or dye) scabies, flea bites and many others. Each has a different treatment. Hives: Hives (urticaria) is common and sometimes you may never find the cause. Causes can be food allergies, medications, problems w your liver, infections inside the body (hepatitis, hiv, ect), or no reason is found. Best to get blood work to try to find these possible causes and treat accordingly. If nothing is found, a simple nightly dose of Atarax (hydroxyzine) (sedating) 25mg would help.
