in winters whenever i stop after doing a rapid activity like jogging for 1-2 minutes, my entire body including face and head start to itch.
i do have dry skin but there are no patches or rashes.
so is it caused by dryness or something else?

Hives reaction?: There is a condition called urticaria or hives and the triggers may include both exercise and cold air. There is a release of histamine. Use an eczema moisturizer and oatmeal bath to relieve itching and take an antihistamine daily until symptoms subside. Watch for signs of distress and wheezing. Other causes include food triggers eating near or around the time of exercise.

Lupus,seborrhea: This could represent facial lupus with or without systemic features. This could also be more common rash of seborrheic dermatitis or even rosacea. These rashes are skin only and are treatable with creams.

: It will be hard to diagnose without looking the rash. From the description, it could be from Acne Rosacea(likely), seborrhic dermatitis or lupus erythematosus. Suggest you to get Dermatology evaluation.

Unusual: We worry about acute HIV when someone has a flu-like syndrome that lingers, somewhat like mono would present. Fever, fatigue, mild nausea, light rash, sore throat, and/or swollen lymph nodes are all symptoms that can be seen with a number of viral syndromes including hiv. The HIV antibody test can take 3 or more months to turn positive, so to diagnose acute HIV we need to do a HIV RNA test.

Sunburn: Sun exposure or a contact rash may cause these symptoms. Apply an oatmeal paste to the affected areas. Use no products with fragrance and avoid sun exposure. Use sunblock. If no relief, see your physician. A cool pack may help
