Nothing: Since humans do not have the enzymes needed to digest the wrapper, if you ate it, it will pass through unchanged.There may be some incidental staining by your bile, but the effect is the same as if you ate wood chips.Nothing.

No respect: Single moms work very hard and have little time to socialize, have recreation, date, travel or even shop in the ordinary fun way.  I dont think they get a bad RAP however.  But since they frequently are part of the lower socioeconomic spectrum, their feelings and opinions are not usually respected.

Below: Pigeons are in fact very clean; they LOVE to take baths and discard of the empty eggshells after the young hatch. Ferals may have the occasional case of feather lice or mites, but that goes for EVERY animal. Even we have microscopic mites in our eyebrows and eyelashes! There is evidence that pigeons are the least of our concerns in spreading diseases to us, especially the bird flu, as they are immune to all but a few more recent strains of it. You can get Pigeon Breeder's Lung from years of exposure to their feather dust/protein, but that also goes to just about any other bird or animal. Years of being in a barn can also result in a similar condition. It is treatable, and only people who breed pigeons are in danger of Pigeon Lung. 
 People probably got fed up with their droppings appearing in places they didn't want, and decided to hate the poor birds. The salmonella and avian flu scare in chickens apparently sparked the idea that people in cities full of feral pigeons were in danger of having it spread to them

Parkinson's: To my knowledge there has not been any definitive research on this.  Some researcher think that continued use of memorization and repetitive movements may help the slow the progression of the disease.  If you like singing, go for it!

Smoking what?: Whatever it is, it is not normal to hear voices. See your doctor for an evaluation and probable referral to a mental health specialist.  And whatever you are smoking, stop until you are evaluated.

Costochondritis: The ribs have nerves that travel around your rib cage. You may have an irritation to the nerve.  
Muscles wrap around the rib cage as well. Could have pulled a muscle, or a contusion- a trauma due to fall or blow to the rib area.
Laying down or sitting has no pain likely because of the positional nature of the problem . This usually is a benign thing, resolves by itself. If not see a Dr. in a few.

HIV AIDS: That is a very low T-cell count. But if he had no serious intercurrent infections it seems likely that he could be treated effectively in this day and age. Tremendous advances in care and management of HIV, but AIDS still carries risk for mordidity and mortaility. So it may depend on the pneumonia that you mentioned and how severe etc.

i think i have an in grown toenail i had rapped it with a bandaid first then white bandagelast night checked it today and bandage was red and pink in?

Try-: You might have to have that area of the toenail trimmed off. If the toe gets real sore and red and some pus then an antibiotic might be needed. Local treatment to try are Epsom Salt soaks, Neosporin Ointment 3x/d and hydrocortisone cream 2x/d.
