my 3yo randomly vomits.  while he is eating and after riding in the car are when its most common, but sometimes he just starts to vomit for no reason.

Vomiting randomly: without appearing ill, suggests either a very sensitive gag reflex or reflux.  If he was a bad spitter as an infant, then reflux or esophageal hernia is most common.  If he has allergies, then eosinophilic esophagitis is possible. Depending on the frequency, it is wise to discuss this with his doctor.  A swallowing x-ray or endoscopy may be in order.

my son is 10 months and he randomly vomiting since yesterday and don't wanna eat at all, did try multivitamin but to no avail?

Won't help: those multi vitamins won't help the condition, you want to take your son to the doctor, urgent care or ER, wish you both wellness

No: how old is your baby? if still breast or bottle feed, overfeeding can be the cause, random vomiting shouldn't be a problem, however if persists or other symptoms develop, see the pediatrician, good luck

Vomiting: Her constipation may be serving as a bowel obstruction causing her to vomit.Treating the constipation may relieve the vomiting. Start by cutting down on milk and milk products and increasing fiber in the diet in the form of fruits, vegetales, legumes, beans and nuts.Use high fiber cereals. You might also have tonuse MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) asa stool softener. Consult a gastroenterologist if treatment fails.

high mature neutrophils at 90.7 (12.68 for neutrophils absolute) low lymphocytes at 6.4( .9 for lymphocytes absolute)  low monocytes at 2.4 
severe random vomiting?

Leucocytosis : Leucocytosis with predominant neutrophils usually signifies infection/inflammation
Neutrophils are white blood cells that help to fight infection
Also you can have reactive leucocytosis from  repeated vomiting .
Will be best to follow up with your PCP for clinical correlation .
Major concern will be why are you vomiting .

a 5 year old has been randomly vomiting since october 2nd with no flu or cold symptoms. the child gets red eyes and had hives and bruising under the skin. we went to the e.r. but are not satisfied. opinions?

Gastroenteritis: He probably has a viral gastroenteritis. Use a bland diet and make sure he drinks electrolyte containing fluid so he doesn't dehydrate.
