Needs evaluation: Sharp pains in the knee joint can be benign or may indicate something more serious like a torn meniscus (cartilage).  This is not something you can diagnose on your own.  Your doctor can find the answer by doing a history and detailed exam, and may order additional tests such as an MRI or x-rays.

good day, yesterday i played 5s soccer and when i came home, my knee was giving me random sharp pains when i move my knee certain ways or put enough pressure on it. could this be an acl problem and if so, which type of doctor do i see?

Get evaluation: May be minor injury, or could involve cartilage or ligaments.  First let your primary doctor know about this.  If persistent symptoms, an orthopedic surgeon will need to assess.

Exam needed: If there is no recent strain,overuse or injury, congestion or inflammation of calf veins would be a concern. Leg ultrasounds would look for plebitis,but I would have a physician examine you first.

: These symptoms are not characteristic of DVT or blood clot, but are more consistent with musculoskeletal causes.  A superficial vein blood clot in the thigh would usually be clearly evident though. Calf pain and tenderness along with some lower leg swelling with or without ankle edema are more typical signs. However, an examination by a physician is recommended for diagnosis and advice.

Pinched nerves ? : I don't know what this good be, could be a localized spine problem, could be nerve root entrapment, with multiple painful triggers, a good General neuro exam is the first place to start. After that, your neurologist should be able to help localize your problem and design a good treatment

Lots of reasons: There are lots of reasons, possibly a reactivation of an old injury, maybe some transient arthritis, you may have twisted it without knowing it at work, it might be referred pain from your back. Often, in your age, it is due to minor trauma and Ibuprofen helps. Symptoms like these are best evaluated in person by your physician. Based on the findings, a treatment plan can be developed to help you.
