Usually benign: Fasciculations does not = ALS. They are more likely a symptom of excess caffeine, lack of sleep, anxiety, stress, etc. Diagnosis for ALS does include fasciculations in the criteria, but only one part of it, and must be accompanied by weakness in the same limb. Twitching as related to ALS indicates dying muscle and therefore weakness which does not come and go. See a Neurologist for eval if needed.

Muscle twitch: Many causes of muscle twitches , ALS is not likely to be the cause of them . If they persist or increase in frequency  or length of time , u should be checked.

what could be cause of random muscle twitching in the hips area that makes me want to move my legs? it happens only when i am lying down or sitting.

Sounds like: Restless leg syndrome.  This is rather common and can be treated very successfully. See a neurologist, or even a "sleep specialist", get diagnosis confirmed, and then treated.

i have been getting dizzy spells through out the day, random muscle twitching over entire body, generalized fatigue that comes and goes. day 3 of this?

Sleep: How have you been sleeping? Sleep deprivation can cause all of your symptoms. If you can’t sleep, try lavender oil spray on your pillow, a warm bath, and something warm at night. Have dinner early, about 1-2 hrs before you sleep. Take time for yourself. 
Also, do see your PCP to get a physical done, as well as blood work to make sure everything is functioning normally.

does a numb patch on foot along with random muscle twitching including eye sound like early ms symptoms? had a clean mri and emg but still worried

Unlikely: especially given your negative workup. Many other conditions can cause these symptoms. If you notice progression of the symptoms, or develop new symptoms, call your doctor. Hope this helps!

Focal is more common: The most common symptom of ALS is asymmetric muscle weakness in the upper extremities, mainly on the thumb and index finger side of the hand. Difficulty swallowing and speaking occur in about 20% of cases. Random muscle twitches in the fingers and eyelids are usually a sign of myokymia, a benign condition. Unlikely: Muscle twitching that is random and prickling feeling that is random can have different causes Common ones can be irritation information or compression of nerves that supply had area body.. Also  can be due to a neuromuscular seizure disorder. Physical therapy such as manual compression or constriction or manipulation of nerves or electrical stimulation can cause muscle twitches and prickling numb

ALS time frame: No, if your symptoms are only 10 days old, that is probably not ALS.  It takes a long time to develop the symptoms of ALS, and sometimes the diagnosis takes a long time to make.

It seems likely there is some other cause to your condition.
