Reynaud's?: I assume you been reynaud's phenomenon, and it can not cause carpal tunnel syndrome. It may give rise to some similar symptoms causing tingling, numbness and pain based on vascular compromise.

Lump: Sounds like a synovial cyst or a tendon sheeth cyst.  Especially if it comes and goes.  I would also try to have an orthopedist see it if it returns. These usually need surgery to completely get rid of.

i have raynaunds and i have developed a digit ulcer. i havent seen a doctor yet do to waiting on insurance to go through. its black and light green. i need help now!! waiting on insurance to go through. please help?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. The ulcer suggests damage to blood vessels. Apply triple antibiotic ointment to the ulcer to prevent infection.  It would be prudent to see a doctor at your earliest.

URI: Yoy may have upper resp tract infection. Most probably bacterial since it is more than 4 wks. Needs to be evaluated by physician.
