Normal: It is not uncommon especially in children or people with smaller tongues to see the tip of the epiglottis especially, with gagging.  It will only affect voice quality if it is swollen.

can patrially raised third molars become infected?  there is no pain on gum, yet the bone under hurts and tonsils inflamed. previous abscess..not now.

Pericoronitis: Inflammation and infection around the crown of an unerupted tooth is called pericoronitis.  Hydrogen peroxide can sometimes alleviate discomfort and mechanically debride the area and kill some of the bacteria causing the discomfort.  Salt water can also help with the irritation.

2 or 3 raised red bumps with white center on back of throat on top near uvula. i had tonsils removed years ago. bumps are a little sore. what is it?

: You may watch and wait. If either of the "bumps" doubles in size, ulcerates, bleeds, other bumps develop, you get large nodes in the neck, get fever or lose weight, see a doctor.

These are probably: just extensive expansions of the tonsillar organs themselves. If they are not causing trouble (swallowing, breathing, etc.) they are of no concern. Certainly seeing them would help to define them more clearly so you will need to see a health care professional locally to accomplish this. Make an appointment for reassurance soon.

Out of context: For a 22 year old?  No one in American medicine even recommends cholesterol testing for someone in their 20s. Second, cholesterol is a panel, not one test.  Your question does not reference the panel. Thus interpretation is impossible.

Watchful: observation, screening throat cultures and a rheumatoid profile with CBC and sed rate.

That level is just: Barely elevated.  Follow-up in a few months would be fine.  Certainly, no alarm.
