: MRI would give information regarding disc  herniation and  nerve compression. You dont mention if it is worse with  lying down ,sitting  , driving  which usually occurs with lumbar disc disease.  May be  piriformis syndrome  -compression of sciatic nerve by muscle, rarely mass in pelvis. Recent  1 week? or  several months?. New onset may be Lyme or early shingles F/u/ w/ MD

Neurologist: These symptoms appear more neurological rather than cardiac. Numbness of left arm and leg can be caused by pathology in the right cerebral cortex which occurs from blockage in the right carotid artery or an intracerebral artery in the right side of the brain circulation. I recommend a prompt evaluation in the hospital emergency room where a brain cat scan and carotid artery ultrasounds can be done

Common: This is a very common pattern in someone who is having problems with the lower lumbar spine. There are many potential causes of this including problems with the discs, nerves in the spine, joints in the spine, tendons and ligaments. Best to see your doctor and get checked out. These symptoms will often go away on their own as well but if they persist beyond a couple of weeks see your doctor.

Unlikely: If you have had negative ultrasound exams i think it would be unlikely due to a blood clot. I would recommend discussing other potential causes such as sciatica with your regular physician. A thorough examination may reveal some hints. Further imaging of the low back may be indicated.

Lle: Possibly coincidental that the left arm and leg are symptomatic unless there is something in the brain causing it. More likely carpal tunnel in hand and pinched mid lumbar nerve or diabetic amotrophy.

Dr.'s can evaluate: Leg pain, especially with back symptoms, should be evaluated by a primary care doctor, who can then refer to a physical therapist, orthopedic doctor (back specialist), pm&r doctor (physical medicine & rehabilitation), vascular surgeon, and/or neurologist. The leg pain might be due to pressure on nerves coming out of the spine and/or clogged arteries that cannot supply enough blood to leg muscles.
