i have a bulging disc at c5/c6 with radiating pain left upper arm/forearm could this also cause referred pain to thoracic facet joint area?.

Not really: Bulging disc atc5/c6 can cause pain in left upper arm and fore arm but will not cause referred pain in thoracic facet joint area.

my l4-l5 and s1 are bulging. the pain radiates down my legs and is brutal. i now stand crooked due to it. what can i do to help without using narcotic?

Physical Therapy: You should seek the help of a good physical therapist or chiropractor. Warm baths can also help since this can help to relieve any superimposed muscle spasm that is further irritating the nerves affected by the bulging disc. Over the counter analgesics can help providing your stomach and kidneys are ok. There are also prescription lidocaine patches and anti-inflammatory patches that can help.

l3-l4 5mm disk bulge, l4-l5 9mm bulge, dehydrated disks, moderate central canal stenosis. what are my options for treatment? symptoms are lower back pain at rest, waking up middle of night, sometimes radiating pain. will decompression machine help?

Nerve pain: The radiating pain in your calf is a nerve pain.  It can be from your lumbar spine or nerve in your leg.  Please see a doctor for evaluation.  Nerve test would help to identify the issues.

Laparoscopy: with ovarian cysts there is always a good chance that they resolve on their own and it may make sense to buy some time with pain medication. I don't see this happen with a paratubal cyst. A laparoscopy would help to sort things out: ovarian cyst versus paratubal cyst versus hydrosalpinx.

See answer: The most common cause is sciatica from disc in the lower back. You could be without pain in the back. Pain in the leg could be a radiation from hip , knee and ankle too.
