Plz C GI Doctor: Postcholecystectomy syndrome is the persistence or return of RUQ abd pain following gallbladder removal.  This is due to non-biliary causes (irritable bowel, ulcer dz, gerd, etc), organic biliary dz (common duct stones/stricture/cancer), or functional biliary disease (sphincter of oddi dysfunction). I advise GI work up to include 
labs, ultrasound+/-ercp, depending on above results.

i have shingles on the middle of my back to the mid stomache on the left side of my body. have had the rash for 4 days. very painful with muscle cramp?

Go to your Doctor: Based on your comment above, it definitely sounds like you have  shingles (herpes zoster). Treatments for shingles work best if started within 72 hrs of the start of the rash. There are some antiviral medications that can help the blisters dry up faster and corticosteroids may help reduce the inflammation and pain.. Unfortunately, the longer you wait, the virus will cause  more nerve damage.

Muscles?: Since it is activity related, sounds like a primary muscle issue. Can try some light trunk stretching and see if that helps. There are however many potential causes, and if it persists or worsens, or you're just worried about it, then see your primary care provider for a proper evaluation. Hope this helps!

: The word 'burning' back pain brings 'Shingles' or other Viral infections to mind. But it could be a number of things from simple bruise and contusions to Urinary Tract Infection, Right Kidney Infection or  Kidney Stone and more ... Best to see the PCP for diagnosis and appropriate management.

Time for GI Visit: Your lower back pain and diarrhea may be completely unrelated, but if your symptoms are recurring, chances are that there’s an underlying medical cause. appendicitis usually begins near the navel and spreads to the lower right side of your abdomen. Some people have an appendix that extends behind the colon, which may cause lower back pain.IBD  w/ enteropathic arthiritis is in D/Dx.Seek GI consult.

Could be a lot of: different things - pain on breathing usually denotes some inflammation with movement.  Blood clots, aortic aneurysm, acid reflux, hernia, referred pain from organ damage. Chronic Nausea: Chronic Nausea is unusual in a healthy 20 yr old. Because of this it is vital to have a full workup in person by a DR. A thorough physical exam with labs and other investigative modalities can offer insight into what the underlying condition is and how to proceed.

See a doctor: It is hard to know what you could have without a physical examination. Possibilities are stomach ulcer, gallstones, appendicitis, etc. Need an examination.
