See a doctor: A mouse has little risk of transmitting rabies, but any animal bite should be examined and treated to prevent infection. I doubt you need a rabies booster, but do need to have wound examined, cleaned, and possibly treated with antibiotics, may need tetanus booster if not animal bite

Rabies: No, especially if your cat has been immunized against rabies. Mice can potentially carry rabies, but it is very rare. They usually don't get past the bite part, they die or get eaten.

Rat bites: Rat bites can cause diseases including rat bite fever, localized abscesses, cellulitis and even tetanus among others. Leptospirosis is associated with rodents although usually it's their urine causing infection. Worse, the rats urine can contaminate water sources and u can contract leptospirosis from that. Rats can facilitate other diseases including plague, tularemia, hanta virus and others.
