Evaluate: In the morning, look inside your mouth to see if you have bitten your cheek, lip or tongue.   Also, you may possibly have gum disease and have bleeding gums.  If you haven't seen your dentist recently, make an appointment for an evaluation.

He needs attention: The "mouth bleeding may becoming from his digestive tract.  Acute worsening could be due to anemia, decreased blood flow, decreased oxygen and worsening spasm.  Then again the bleeding from the moth may be unrelated to the back condition, for which he may need better pain control or even surgery but if bleeding from mouth need to go in, if unrelated, no problem, but he needs attention, gdluc.

am i at high risk of getting htlv1/2 by deep kissing someone? no oral , vaginal or anal sex. also they are not from an endemic area. no bleeding from mouth if i remember well (cannot be 100% sure)?

: You're at little or no risk. HTLV is rare. Sex can transmit it, but this is not the only possibility. It's a rare infection regardless of sexual risks.

5 days ago i tested my inr and it was 2.5 , yesterday i had fever and headache and bleeding from mouth and nose for half an hour, what's wrong with me please, take warfarin500 and asprin. thanks indeed

Ask your MD: Bleeding while anticoagulated is complex.  Even if your inr was in acceptable range 5 days ago, you may be out of range.  Please follow-up with your physician.

Gum Disease: Abrasions, infection, trauma, systemic problems..The list is long. Any mouth bleeding requires the diagnostic attention of an ent, oral surgeon, dentist or first-pass look by your pcp.

Get checked: Most commonly bleeding comes from infected gums.  How long has it been since your last cleaning?  What medications do you take?  It is  possible you should have a cleaning under the gums but your teeth are being cleaned only above the gums.  Brush teeth, gums, tongue.  Floss, rinse with diluted salt water.  Get a cleaning.

SEE MD NOW: He could have a mouth injury or ulcer causing bleeding but both should stop fairly quickly in less than 5 minutes.  You need to see his pediatrician or go to er if bleeding is active.  If tiny streaks of blood in saliva, try letting him suck on popsicle to stop the bleeding.  ? Any bleeding disorders in the family?

That is abnormal: Unless you were vigorously brushing your teeth and the gums bled.  Stop smoking and if it occurs again from the mouth under same circumstances contact your dentist.  If you have spontaneous bleeding from the urinary or gastrointestinal tract consult your doctor or head to your local emergency department.

Various possibilitie: excluding actually having copper (filings) or copper tasting foods/drinks (matcha). Infections of the sinus, or teeth, irritation of the nerves involved with taste/smell are some other possibilities.
