If you engage in sex with a partner, the energy  you expend during an orgasm  is similar to the body energy you are expending during masturbation. If you aren't engaging in sex, you may have internalized negative thoughts as a child that need exploring.

Porn is a dead-end as it presents unrealistic bodies ; scenarios. Think about the person you'll marry, get with your doctor if you need to for thought / talk rx and maybe medication.
