Well: Well not the best idea!  It will depend on how the cheese is made. I simulator the you will be ok for you did not notice the cheese was moldy or foul tasting   Time will tell. But don't do it again

Cheese: This is common south american cheese - I have actually eaten this and its very nice - almost like a mozarella and very mild.

Dairy: In general a little is good - it is a dairy product and that can be part of a healthy diet.  However, too much can be bad as it has a lot of fat.  There are some medical conditions that can cause a sensitivity to cheese, so if you have any doubts if it may interact with a medical condition or medication you have - talk to your doctor.

Interesting question: Cheese allergy is typically an allergic reaction to milk or less likely the mold that was used to make real cheese like roquefort (blue cheese).  I suspect processed cheese has minimal mold exposure.  The heating of foods including milk products can break down (denature) the proteins and potentially make it less allergenic.  An allergist could assist in testing to help sort this out.

Sometimes, however, cow's milk allergic patients can tolerate extensively heated cow's milk (casein) contained in baked goods, cakes, cookies, brownies; check w allergist first, though.
