Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

No: On the other hand, it may reduce the effectiveness of the gastroesophageal junction (food pipe-stomach) especially for people with reflux symptoms.

Different organs: Gallstones are in the gallbladder.  If this gets inflamed it can effect cystic and common bile ducts.  It does does affect the pylorus which is in the stomach.  Biliary reflux is different from gastric reflux.  Biliary reflux means that once bile is in small bowel it moves back toward stomach instead of away.
