Complex: See a urologist and perhaps a nephrologist, as your kidney issues clearly need attention and you need a solution here asap.  The multiple sclerosis also requires therapy but unable to find a specific med listed.  Are you followed by a neurologist?  Do you have a disorder caused by a diiferent disease?

Good idea: Suspect that you have lingering infection as viral illness would have cleared by now. However persistent sore throat can also be from tumor.  See ENT who could get culture and biopsy if needed.

can someone helphad strep 2 months ago. throat is still asymmetrical, slightly swollen not sure if pus pockets are there. looks alittle inflamed. nothing hurts. sometimes i get strains in neck throat and shoulders.. or pins and needles then goes away?

: This does not sound abnormal or concerning. Most likely your anxieties about it are magnifying minor symptoms or even normal body sensations that otherwise would not be bothersome and maybe not even noticed. Try not to worry about it.

Paronychia?: It's called a paronychia.  Localized infection.  Needs antibiotics and warm soaks.  Biting or pulling hang nails might be the cause.
