Moist heat: Some of these will respond to a warm moist heat by increasing blood flow which brings natural body defenses to the site. However if the outer lid becomes swollen, red &amp; the redness extends outward you may need to be seen &amp; prescription meds added. Sometimes the doc needs to lance this from the inside to allow the pus ball to be removed &amp; healing procede.

Change medications: The drug you are on is a form of a tetracyclene. Ask your doctor about using either Doxycycline or Minocycline to see if that works better. If you have large painful pimples they can be injected with cortisone which does not get into your bloodstream but will make the pimples get much better overnight.

Probably a cyst...: Your described "pimple" hints the presence of overactive hyperplasia of sebaceous gland or sebaceous cyst. If so, leave it alone and don't squeeze it. Such cyst may grow in size over time and even occasionally get infected but not common. Besides, the number of such cyst may increase over time, but unpredictable. So, live on and enjoy life.

HaveDocSeeRash: Can't see your image and without more info it is nearly impossible to tell.  Acne doesn't tend to itch per se but it can be quite tender. Is it possible that you have the Chicken Pox (varicella virus)? Do you had fever? Are you feeling unwell?  The fact that they are "pus filled" tells you that you need to get them looked at as pus always signifies infection and you may require antibiotics.
