Pressure: Could just be from the shoes or boots you are wearing and then the amount of time on your feet. Now rest those feet and if does not resolve timely. See your doctor.

Leech Bite?: It is actually rare to be allergic or to have a reaction to a leech bite.  Assuming it was a leech bite, you could have some irritation and itching, but normally should have no further problems if you have good health and no leech allergies. However, if you are experiencing symptoms such as you describe, then you need to seek medical attention as it may be infected.

: One enlarged tonsil without overt pathology isn't concerning.  But in view of your other somewhat nondiagnostic symptoms, I would recommend one more opinion from an otolaryngologist at a department of otololaryngology at a university hospital near you. I hope this would reassure you that you have no serious throat or ear pathology.

Possibly neuroma: You may have a benign nerve tumor termed a neuroma (there are several types)  You might need an MRI scan to image this.  Check with your doctor for the next step.

Purple spot on foot: The black and blue mark should  eventually disappear as long as there is no pressure put on the foot..A loose slipper would be helpful

Absolutely: The plantar fascia ligament plays an important part of the foot arch structure as do the bones.  If you fracture a bone considered part of the arch then it could place more stress on the plantar fascia ligament for support.  See a podiatrist for evaluation and treatment if you have this issue.

Plantar fibromatosis: Lumps in the arches are frequently due to nodular thickenings  of the plantar fascia ligaments. They are largely  genetic in origin and can respond to steroid injections and ultrasound therapy. In severe cases, they can be surgically removed, but healing from this surgery is slow.
