Petechia: Hose are probably petechia, and there are a number of potential causes; some quite benign and others not.  I would be seen for an exam and basic blood work just to be sure.

ive noticed small bumps on certain spots of my body just beneath the skin ex. triceps, forearm, thighs, they are hard and touching them or pressing on them is very tender, any idea what they may be?

Cellulite...: Sometimes  Cellulite, little Fat Deposits under the skin  occur , especially when one begins to gain weight. They are benign but it is also a good idea to have the PCP see and touch it and confirm what it is so. Then if one finds it undesirable one can  develop a program to help resolve it.

i started having white spots on my triceps and thigh region after consuming some bodybuilding supplements.one of them is a pre workout and creatine supplement.is there any way to reduce or remove those white spots?it has been there for some time.

Maybe not related?: Not sure why supplements would cause white spots on the skin. Rashes are hard to describe in words. Some whitish spots are dry, sensitive skin spots (a mild form of eczema). However, some fungal infections can look like whitish spots if the problem is mild (tinea versicolor causes such spots). A primary care doctor or dermatologist can look to see what might be the best treatment.

You can sustain a bruise with direct blunt trauma, a partial tear or strain with resisted force injury (too heavy a weight or too many repetitions past point of fatigue). A thorough orthopaedic evaluation is warranted if your symptoms are not steadily resolving over the course of a week.

hi i have recently developed several small and few larger blood spot on my biceps and triceps with one large blood-red mole on my tricep. never seen a dermatologist, but concerned enough to ask for a referral please. ?

GP: Your GP will be best to assess and further refer to a dermatologist if needed. A detailed history and in person exam will be needed in order to get a proper diagnosis.

Blue means blood.: Lipomas in the skin generally show no color or a pale beige. Bluish green could mean the mass is actually a varicose vein or a clotted vein. If this thing has you worried, then simply have it excised by a general surgeon or a vein surgeon.
