See your doc: Describing dermatologic phenomenon is an exercise in futility. I would take him in and have these looked at. There are a number of innocent possibilities, and a few not so innocent, but a trained professional can identify them readily.

should i go to the doctor?

?probably: If the spots go away within the week, then no worries, It could have been a dermal allergic reaction.  If they persist however, or grow rapidly, you need to see a dermatologist.  It is probably benign, but you don't want a melanomatous process to get started.

Angioma: Sounds like a "spider angioma", which is just a collection of small blood vessels. But pain is unusual, so you should probably let your doctor or a dermatologist take a direct look and confirm that it is not something else.

: One enlarged tonsil without overt pathology isn't concerning.  But in view of your other somewhat nondiagnostic symptoms, I would recommend one more opinion from an otolaryngologist at a department of otololaryngology at a university hospital near you. I hope this would reassure you that you have no serious throat or ear pathology.

Go see your doctor: You likely have an outer ear infection and you may need antibiotics.   I have seen small infections grow into larger ones, so while it's small, go see him.

Insect bite: Can be dry skin , insect bite, inflamed hair follicular, allergy to shampoo, etc. Check with dermatologist if not resolved.

Mgt: It may be a contact dermatitis, if it spreads or is associated with other symptoms, medication may be needed.  In the meantime, wash the area with a hypoallergenic soap such as Dove.

Painful=infection: it may have started a an obstructed pore/follicle now infected...skin discoloration and painful lesion may be indicative of MRSA cellulitis/abscess formation...get seen by doctor the may decide to open it drain it and culture the discharge to identify the bacteria...good luck

: Pinching the penis does not stop the ejaculation but just prevents it from coming out and can cause symptoms like yours. Keep area clean aplly otc cortisone cream and you will be OK in a few days

Rash: The rash on your left ear may be due to eczema or seborrhea. The purplish spot on your right ear may be a hematoma secondary to trauma.  See a dermatologist for treatment.
