Rash: You need to see a dermatologist to diagnose the cause of the purple dry rash and the nose peeling. They may need to do a biopsy.  Perhaps it is related to the discoid lupus. The appropriate treatment will depend on the diagnosis of the rash.

: Pinching the penis does not stop the ejaculation but just prevents it from coming out and can cause symptoms like yours. Keep area clean aplly otc cortisone cream and you will be OK in a few days

SEE A DR!!!: Preferably a skin specialist. When you go, bring with you any meds, vitamins, herbs, pills of any sort that you have used in the past several weeks.

Not usually: Several rashes can have stress related causes.  Usually a rash around the mouth is an infection or perioral dermatitis.  I would have the doctor check it.  It might need a prescription treatment.

BothCould be normal.: A small dot on purple / blacklist dot on the  inside of your mouth could be as innocent as a petechiae blood vessel break from  cheek bite.  Though way less likely, it could be a very serious issue.  The ridge you feel in the inside of your mouth could represent a positive "impression" left from where your upper and lower teeth meet.  Watch the "dot" if it isn't gone a week or to see your dentist.

It Depends: Since we do not know your ethnic background, it could be a number of issues.  If you are black, or of mediterrainin desent it might be normal pigmintation.  If you are fairer complected or caucasion it could indicate a number of problems especially with you being 18. You need to see a dentist to evaluate this and see whether is is just normal for you or something needing attention.

Food coloration: From pigmented  food or drink are one possible explanation . It could be a bruise if there has been recent trauma to the area. If it persists more than 2 weeks have it examined by a dentist.
