Avoid: Monitor for symptoms of neurologic sequela  such prolonged unconsciousness, mental status alterations, abnormal neuro exam, headache, blurred vision, vomiting seizures, slurred speech. Monitor closely for 24 hrs. Avoid repeated trauma.  Brain damage can occur as a result of chronic head trauma. CTE chronic traumatic encephalopathy is now being diagnosed in football players, boxers, hockey players.

Neck pain: If you had full range of nect movement, it is unlikely you will have a perminant damage.  You should see your doctor and have neck x-rays.  If nothing is amiss, a physical therapist can help.

: Hematomas form immediately after disruption of tissues and their effects are present soon after formation, not 6 months later. The chance of this being some hematoma inside your skull approach zero. Outside your skull it would only be a transient cosmetic issue. These symptoms are unrelated to the event.

what do you advise if i was kinda wandering if this could lead to a berry aneurysm from being punched in the head many years ago?

Not likely: Berry aneurysms are congenital. You are born with them. It is like having a ticking time bomb in your head.

Injury: If soreness is all you have to report, and that you slept and woke up normally i see no reason to go to the doctor.

i got punched in the head and eye bad and it has been a week now my head is burning and im weak it feels like its ivested with lava?

Time to see your Dr.: You need to follow up with your doctor to make sure you aren't having post-head trauma issues involving your brain, and to see that you don't have a subdural bleed or something else causing your symptoms. Don't delay as this is important to evaluate and possibly image too with CT scan or MRI. Your doctor knows best!

i was punched in the head the night before last. the swelling went down but still sore and tender. mild headaches. should i be seen to be safe?

Yes ....: You should see someone if the headache is getting worse since one need to rule out a subdural hematoma.  If you are getting better and the headaches are gone within a week, then just let it be. When in doubt, you should consult your doctor since it is better to err on the side of safety.

You may have: sustained a concussion. You should seek medical attention and evaluation for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Get Checked out.: because of the vomiting and the pain you're having with breathing, you should be checked out. I would go to the emergency room, just to be sure you're okay. Good luck.
