Time to see your Dr.: You need to follow up with your doctor to make sure you aren't having post-head trauma issues involving your brain, and to see that you don't have a subdural bleed or something else causing your symptoms. Don't delay as this is important to evaluate and possibly image too with CT scan or MRI. Your doctor knows best!
