does pumice stone hair removal leave stubbles?

Can: Abrasive use (pumice stone) is effective at removal of surface irregularities and dead skin layers. Usually not efficient for hair removal alone.  If done too firmly, can irritate hair follicle openings and leave the stubble appearance you may be referring to in your question.

Hmmm...: A pumice stone scratches off the upper layer of dead skin cells, but use it too often or too vigorously and one will scratch off the upper layer of live skin cells too. That would lead to inflammation (irritation and redness), which in turn could cause splotchy skin with hyperpigmentation (dark spots). Maybe that pumice stone isn't such a good idea.

IT CAN: The tonsilith, or tonsil stone can cause irritation and pressure. Best to see your otolaryngologist for evaluation.

“unable to sleep” indicates feeling  like too many thoughts to handle, too many stresses to cope with ;and Anxiety. 
Losing “half a stone in 3weeks” (7Lbs) is likely due to Depression, Amphetamines and Cocaine abuse, Hyperthyroidism, Parasitic infection,   or Overuse of laxatives.

Mix: I don't see how kidney stone, jaundice and hair growing white are related. I think these are pieces of the different puzzles.

No: Ingrown toe nail is painful and may get worse caused by infection.  It is very unlikely that pumice stone would change the course.  See you doctor for advice and treatment including surgical removal of the ingrown section, if infected.

Hairloss: Kidney stones do not cause hairloss. Causes to consider are genetics (male pattern baldness), anemia, thyroid problems, lupus, nutritional problems, alopecia areata, and medication reactions.  Many of these are treatable, once the cause is determined.

These may be scrotal: cysts. see your derm about removing them if you wish but they are not dangerous.
