Couple possibilities: Increased intracranial pressure, either due to pseudotumor cerebri, systemic hypertension, with Valsalva exacerbations. Sounds like you may have scotoma, or - very unlikely - localized occipital cortex kindling. Are you on depakote for seizures or vascular migraine prophylaxis? Are you on HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide) for high blood pressure or PTC? Consider stopping Ovcon - associated with bad cerebrovascular events.

Migraines?: If u have been cleared by the eye doctor and the neurologist than most likely the r ocular migraines.  Usually occur in individuals with history of migraines.  Make sure the neurologist and eye doctor completely clears u first.

Painful scalp lesion: There a few possible causes of this painful scalp lesion. If it's raised, like a lump, it is most likely due to a skin infection or lymph node trying to fight a local infection. If the area is flat, I would imagine you are describing muscle tension in a localized spot of the scalp. 
See your doctor to have a hands-on and visual inspection of the problem area. I hope the problem resolves quickly.

Probabaly not: This is probably not a vitamin deficiency. That type of pain is more persistent and burning often. It sounds like a nerve impingement. Look at your shoes and perhaps try some inserts in your shoes to give you more cushioning. If no relief see a podiatrist.

Cellphone video: Some irritation to a muscle or part of a nerve that goes to certain muscle fibers may cause those fibers to twitch. Such twitching is usually for a few hours or a day, and only once in a while. In those cases, doctors and patients usually don't spend time looking for a cause. But, if symptoms are frequent or recurrent, a primary care, ENT, or neurology Dr. can examine and look at cellphone videos.

: Muscle twitches occur at times any place in the body and there is no scientific explanation exactly why. I think the two things you mention are incidental and not related and may soon stop .
