Needs evaluation: I would suggest a specialist in vascular (circulatory) problems. You aren't pregnant by any chance, are you? This sounds like vena caval compression. If pregnant see your OB. If not, a cardiologist or internist would be the place to start.

Many causes: These symptoms can have several potential causes and warrant a thorough medical evaluation. Top of the head pressure/headache can indicate sinusitis, in particular sphenoid sinusitis, but can also be caused by other headache syndromes. Pressure in the ears can be caused to "Eustachian tube dysfunction" (often related to nose and sinus problems). Other severe causes also need to be ruled out.

Ear canal symptoms: Would suggest you see an eent doctor to ascertain  if you have  cerumen in the canal causing obstruction or have some inner ear problem that may need attention.

Doctor can evaluate: In an older child or adult, pressure on one side of the head, with some earache, can be from an ear infection, a sinus infection, or some problem inside the throat. A doctor can evaluate to see if antibiotics are needed. Sometimes, shingles can happen on the head and cause these symptoms (antiviral medicine is the treatment). Occasionally, migraine headaches can cause similar symptoms to these.

i've this jaw/ear pressure that makes me think tmj but also bad neck throbbing and pots-like issues (go blind standing up). all related? arteritis?

Can't  say for sure: Coudl be TMJ.  I have  no data to indicate  arteritis. I agree more than one process can be active. The complexity here indcates your  best  benefit is to discuss this with your physician.

ALLERGY OR MIGRAINS: Food or environmental allergies can cause these symptoms. Sometimes migrains can be triggered by allergies and cause these symptoms as well.

Eustachian tube: dysfunction.  The tube from the ear to the nose that allows air to pass to equalize pressure can be dysfunctional despite normal hearing tests.  This condition may improve with antihistamines and/or nasal steroids.  In the extreme case, placing a tube in the ear can be helpful.

i grind hard all night. have any suggestions to balance out the ear pressure and unblock my ear?

Get a teeth guard.: Try something like Allegra (fexofenadine) d 12 hour and also get a teeth guard to wear at night.

i just had septoplasty 3 days ago.  i am experiencing a lot of facial & ear pressure.  is this normal?

Congestion: It is normal to feel congested after septoplasty because of swelling with in the nasal tissues. Check with your surgeon about remedies you can use for this. Sometimes saline rinses or decongestants can be helpful.
