Pulsating: If you are a thin person it is not unusual to feel or see pulsation in the area of your stomach related to your aorta. Have it checked by your doctor. If there is any concern he will have the area imaged. All the best.

i have been feeling a pulsating/throbbing sensation on different parts of my body since the past 2 weeks or so and it usually last for 5-6 seconds. it doesn't pain but the sensation is rapid that you can see it. is this a cause of concern?

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Circulation: "pulsation" is most often caused by heightened sensitivity to the systolic pulsewave from your heartbeat.  This may be due to an increase in interstitial pressure (often leads to edema), which creates a counter pressure on the arteries, as they carry the systolic pressure wave throughout the circulatory tree.  Try elevating your extremity and see if it has an effect on the pulsation (more or less).

Wrist pain: There are a number of things that cause wrist pain. One that may cause pulsatile or shooting pain is carpal tunnel syndrome. It is commonly worse when irritating the nerve in the forearm when lifting objects or in certain positions. Try holding the position in the image for 30 seconds. If it becomes painful, you likely have carpal tunnel syndrome and should see a doctor.

i've been coughing after almost getting over a cold and just now i was coughing and when i stopped is got a pulsating feeling it's was pain but in my head it didn't last long is this serious?

Common feeling: that is not an unusual symptoms from coughing. If it continues or you have persistent headache numbness blurry vision or any other symptoms, you should of course go to an emergency room

Have it evaluated: Your pain could be as a result of many different things. One would need to do a thorough history and physical exam and possibly some radiology exams to determine the exact cause.  Have it evaluated by a professional to see if you have a possible blood clot or if it is a muscle sprain or any number of other soft tissue or bony pathology.

Check blood pressure: check your blood pressure when you feel the pulsations and when you don't, keep a BP diary. If the pressures are higher when you feel the pulsation, take your diary into your regular doc for evaluation. The aorta arches in this location. Be well.

Eye fatigue: Prolonged focusing on a computer can cause eye fatigue.  An anti-glare filter for the computer screen may help.

There are many: potential causes for what you are feeling ranging from simple muscular twitching to portal hypertension. The fact that it is not painful is probably a good sign. If it persists it would be reasonable to be evaluated by a health care professional who can examine you. It is impossible to diagnose you with certainty over the internet.
