Analysis: The pulsatile tinnitus sounds like transmitted sound from the carotid, and likely of little significance or correlation.  Have a hard time substantiating any intracranial disorder based upon all your normal findings.  Cannot justify a spinal tap based upon all of this data.

Yes: Jaw muscle dysfunction is the most common cause of jaw and ear pain, ear ringing and stuffiness.  Other causes include inflammation of the jaw joint/s, headache disorders, salivary gland disease, and ear infections.  Some medical illnesses can also exhibit these symptoms.  Try warm compresses over the jaws, antylenol or advil (ibuprofen). Consult an orofacial pain dentist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Pulsatile: Performing the valsalva maneuver slows the heart rate,lowers blood pressure and or blood flow in arteries and thereby reduces the force of the artery and arteriole pressure. When your pulse and blood pressure return to normal levels the pulsatile tinnitus again becomes more noticeable. A neurootolaryngologist could better advise you,however.
