Echo: Yes. It is very common to have minor valve insufficient esp if mitral valve.  But Dr can do better job as he will know which valve it is.

Aortic valve leak: Insufficiency of the aortic valve means the valve does not close properly.  The aortic valve, like the other three heart valves is a check valve (blood should only flow through it in one direction), when the valve is incompetent and does not close properly (many different reasons), some of the blood that left the left ventricle with systole, will return to the ventricle during diastole.

Lots of things: Used to be rheumatic heart disease but we see that infrequently now. Congenital problems, like a bicuspid aortic valve. Hypertension. Dissecting aneurysm. Syphilis. Marfan's syndrome. Ankylosing spondylitis. Reiter's syndrome. Lupus. Infection (endocarditis).

Depends: Mitral valve insuffciency, or mitral regurgitation (mr) can range from trivial to severe. Trivial mr may need nothing more than surveillence. Moderate mr may respond well to medical therapy. Moderately severe to severe mr may require a surgical valve repair or replacement. Studies are currently underway to look at percutaneous methods to repair the mitral valve as well.

Yes: But there isn't any need since it's a treatable condition. Mild to moderate mitral insufficiency doesn't require treatment.  Acute severe or chronic symptomatic severe mr require treatment. Chronic severe mr without symptoms needs careful followup.

No: A very high percentage of the population has trivial or mild tricuspid regurgitation/insufficiency, as a fairly routine finding.  In fact, the presence of this finding can allow for measurements to be made to estimate the blood pressure in your pulmonary (lung) blood vessels. 
 Isolated very mild tricuspid insufficiency does not need to be monitored by a cardiologist.
