i have pain in my left side and across lower stomach and pelvis. pain when walking, stretching, no food. barely passing gas and had loose bm for the first time in 4 days. pulling up my tights, my left side felt fused, caved in, servere pain?

Seek urgent help : It can be from colon infection or constipation. However any pelvic infection can cause similar lower abdominal pain . Please see you PCP get urine analysis done also .  Any chance of being pregnant? Ectopic pregnancy is a remote possibility Please seek medical help and go to urgent care !

lower left pelvic pain not like period cramps but more like twiges or pulling kind of hard to explain also feels like its sitting in one spot. i am sexually active and 9 dpo never felt this. any idea what it could be?

Pelvic pain ?'s: Lower left sided pelvic pain on day "9 dpo" (nine days post ovulation)  may represent an ovarian cyst which has failed to rupture, and is now distended by hormonal stimulation.  Generally cysts will rupture spontaneously and pain will be sharp, ceasing abruptly.  If the pain persists, see your gyn physician for an exam, and ask about low dose oral bcp's to control cyst formation.

i have a small lump on the lower left abdominal / pelvic area close to my csection scar.. when i lay on my stomach it feels like a tight pulling/burn?

May be: either an incisional hernia or a poorly healed scar. Please consult your OB-GYN.

had both laparoscopic and laparotomy surgeries for fibroid, and adhesions, now lower left ,near the hip bone, feels like pulling, achey, stabbing feeling, what can this be?

: Without examining the area involved, it is difficult to "guess" as to the source of you problem. On the short list would be additional adhesions or a nerve radiating pain from your prior surgeries. Go back to your surgeon for assessment and determination of the issue.

im 5 weeks pregnant, had a miscarriage before im concerned. im got lower back pain ive always though but abit worse now. left side paining and it seems like my vagina is sore and pulling stiff. my gynea appointment is 21/1 should i be worried?

Low back pain : Low back pain has a very long list of possible causes. A physical therapist may be able to work with you to ease the pain.  Since you are worried,  consider seeing your Obgyn sooner to check the vaginal pain.

Yes: There are large muscles in the abdominal wall, so there is certainly a chance of injuring the muscle by heavy lifting or other strains to the abdomen.  However, abdominal pain should be evaluated by a physician to make sure it is not due to a problem with the internal organs or due to a hernia.

Cremasteric reflux : This is not an uncommon condition caused by the cremasteric muscle that surrounds the testes. When it contracts the testes is pulled up toward the ipsilateral groin region called the external ring. Once the muscle relaxes the testes returns to the dependent  scrotal position.  If the testes on the right is always on the high side in the scrotum an examination would be appropriate.

woke up left heel pain, left hip also sore, feels like sore muscles, also feel pull down back of leg to heel. can my lower disc probs cause this?

Exam needed: The heel discomfort is suspicious of inflammation of the heel fascia(plantar fasciitis), but the hip,?buttock discomfort and back of leg discomfort can be caused by a lumbar disc pressing on a nerve root. If you can take them,NSAIDS like ibuprofen and rest may help. See an orthopedic surgeon or neurologist if symptoms persist.

Ligaments: In men and women this can be the presentation of an inguinal hernia.  Other possibilities are ligaments stretching, irritation of the illioinguinal or genitofermoral nerves, or loosening of scar tissue from previous inguinal or low abdominal surgery.  Pelvic mass is also possible.  This is obviously a nonspecific sign so physical examination is key in helping to determine the cause.    See your gp.

Hard to say: it may be nothing of consequence, but to be sure you should visit your doctor. It's one of those vague things that's hard to tell without an exam. If it's causing pain, it's always better to get in and be seen.
