Breaking your penis: If it has been more than a few weeks since this accident (which is very common, mind you) please get in to be seen by your trusted medical advisor or get in to see a urologist.  If a damaged penis is not healing normally this can become an urgent problem known as peyronie's disease.

Get seen: A competent dermatologist with a hand microscope and access to a lab can tell you if this is hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium, alopecia areata or one of the other.

Oral bcp's: If you take your oral bcp's regularly and on time as you describe, and do not allow more than seven days while on the "placebo" or "sugar pills" at the end of the package prior to starting a new package, the "pill" is near 100% certain for contraception.  The "pull out" method is uncertan and unreliable , as well as difficult for your partner to estimate, but while on the pill, you should be OK.

i woke up and my spleen feels broke. it feels like i have pulled a mussle. later in the day i could feel my mussle in my back tug. i'm in pain?

Go see your doctor: What makes you say that your "spleen feels broke"? Where is muscle that feels "pulled"? Go see your doctor who can evaluate, diagnose & treat you. While you're waiting, otc acetaminophen, Ibuprofen or Naproxen are reasonable options assuming you don't have liver, kidney or stomach problems etc.

i am pressed for time daily and i can't seem to be able to pull of a 30 minutes pilates/yoga/cardio routine all at once. can i split my exercise sessions throughout the day?

: Exercise should be done at a sitting for at least 20 minutes to gain Cardiovascular benefit. But if you absolutely cant then you can split it. Some exercise is better than none.

Can harm yourself: Some of those exercises can harm you, depending on how vigorously you did them.  If having symptoms or difficulty with erections now, please see a urologist.

Probably : But only if it's legal in your state and won't interfere with any prescription medication. Beware though smoking after any surgery is contraindicated, and can delay wound healing in the mouth--probably not a good idea on day one.
