: Viral infection could cause relapse but bacterial infection will rarely cause relapse.  Notify neurologist and make sure you are taking a potent DMT

Pain: good question. may be a muscle spasm or inflammation of the cartilage. see an ent to check it out

i was bed bound for a week then had a blood transfusn + potas iv this week. recently it became irritating to take a deep breath-dull pain into throat that makes me auto cough, i can breath freely tho. idk if this is serious or just a pulled muscle?

: Its not pulled muscle. Try using a humidifier at bedtime and take a OTC cough suppressant for a few days. If you are not better or have fever or phlegm see your MD. I hope you feel better.

Throat: Could be your thyroid with enlargement of a nodule, acid reflux, a muscle strain or viral if its been going on for a short time. You can try warm salt water gargles but its something you should check out

? Sprain: Or referred pain due to throat inflammation, try pain killers, warm compresses, if no improvement, see your doctor

Nerves: Sometimes a non-infected lymph node can be painful if it is pressing on a nerve behind it. The pain will get better as lymph node resolves provided your original diagnosis is correct.  A better question is why is your lymph node enlarged and are you sure clarithromycin is what you need?

Most likely.: Aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen to get rid of some discomfort + a Muscle relaxer. Gentle stretching exercises would be beneficial.
If not improving after 3-5 days then see your PCP.

A few possibilities: Could be strained muscle or injury, nerve inj., infection, spasm, or vertebral or rib dysfunction.Neck muscles attach to ribs, too, so if a rib is out of whack or refuses to move, the muscle gets tight and painful.A good history &amp; physical exam including an osteopathic hands-on exam might find the cause.Manipulation may help.Other treatments may be necessary-but first you need a proper diagnosis.
