Throat: Could be your thyroid with enlargement of a nodule, acid reflux, a muscle strain or viral if its been going on for a short time. You can try warm salt water gargles but its something you should check out

More info: It would be helpful to know how long you have had the symptoms, if you are sick otherwise or have a fever, if you actually can swallow and if it effects your voice and finally what you see when you look in your throat.
