Anxiety DO: There is no reason the precocious puberty and zoladex (goserelin) treatment are directly related to anxiety, at least as a pharmacologic (drug) effect. It's possible that her experience and worries from that time are affecting her, it also may be unrelated. Evaluate with a counsellor or a good primary doctor for panic/anxiety do, and best of luck.

Different area: Rathke's pouch/cleft cyst is an issue near the mouth. It has nothing to do with growth. I assume your doc has done an a-ray of his wrist/hand to see if his growth issue is likely hormonal or just simple delay.  I wouldn't lose sleep over this finding.

probably nothing: Size doesn't matter.  What matters is the function of the gland.  Who told you it was "small"?  Presumably a ct or MRI for some other reason?  Check with your doctor about this.
