Be careful!: Testosterone is one of the many hormones and chemicals that stimulate physical development during puberty.  How these chemicals work together is very complex. Testosterone therapy is usually used only in patients who have some other disorder that prevents them from developing normally.  Replacing testosterone can be very dangerous and have serious side effects if not done by an expert!

Maybe: No growth over the past year &amp; a relatively early puberty suggest you are finished growing taller. Your expected final height based on cited parental numbers would be 5'9" &amp; that still may be possible. An x-ray of your wrist/hand could identify open growth plates that suggest more upward growth is possible. If the growth plates are closed you are done.

Hard to guess: If there was growth last year, there might be continued growth this year. Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do to increase height.

You are normal: Some people are tall like you &amp; others are much shorter &amp; still within normal range. Penises also come in wide range of normal sizes from smaller normal, like yours to larger normal like others.50 - 70% of men yearn to have larger penis.  Penises seen in porno movies are the exception &amp; many don't work that well in real life.Medications, equipment &amp; surgeries to elongate penises are all fake news.

It is a transition: Puberty is the transition from childhood to adulthood.  This occurs in both sexes.  The time it takes to complete the transition is variable, but it usually occurs between 12y/o - 16y/o.  It can start earlier or later.  It can finish earlier or later.  As physicians, we look for the signs of puberty during this time: *increase ht/wt *presence of axillary/pubic hair *breast dev *menarche.

Growth: You are still growing and so is voice box, larynx. Do not push things and wait for your growth to be complete before deciding on a course of action.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

How big is big...: Since 16 year-olds haven't had the opportunity to compare a variety of labia sizes, it is difficult to know what a 16 year-old means when she says "large labia." The best thing to do in such a situation is for her primary care doctor, or her Ob-Gyn doctor, to do a thorough exam of her labia and surrounding areas. That's because the doctors have seen hundreds or thousands of labia in their careers.

hello! i am currently 16 years old and i know i have hit puberty- i have all the signs of it except penile growth. ive tried looking online to see when it will grow or even if it will but i decided i should ask a doctor instead. will it grow at all?

Unlikely: In a normally developed male, penis has reached an adult size by age 16.  In case you have not developed pubertal developmental  stage V, penis might grow further.  I would recommend to see a pediatrician.
