Angioplasty: Percutaneous tranluminal  coronary angioplasty.   Through the skin they place a catheter with a balloon and pass it up yo a narrowed portion of a coronary artery.  The balloon is inflated , and it stretches out the narrowed area in the artery.

How do you FEEL?: These labs are tricky to do. If you have symptoms or signs of small-vessel polyarteritis or Wegener's ("pathergic granulomatous angiitis"), this might be enough to warrant starting treatment -- if missed, they're lethal. If this is part of an ulcerative colitis or other workup, it's just data your physician will take into account. Has anything been biopsied yet?

Is your doctor in?: Only your doctor can answer that. If you have recovered and you feel good and there are not more blockages and your heart is strong and your blood pressure is stable and your groin puncture site is stable, she/he will say yes.

Refer: That's fine. It's up to her. Maybe she's more comfortable having that done by a gynecologist. Refer her. However, if it is of immediate concern, explain why you want to try to treat now rather than wait for a gyn to see her. If she still insists, try to get the gyn appt asap. If can't and she wants only gyn, then it's her decision - you just provide ALL of the info and support you can.

Rheumatologist: These highly specialized lab values are often ordered when looking for certain autoimmune disorders. Most primary care physicians are not so familiar with these tests and I feel that a rheumatologist is best qualified to evaluate the specific patient,then order the appropriate tests and interpret them. In other words, the significance of your tests have to be interpreted considering your symptoms.

2 diseases: Getting blockage in your heart doesn't make you immune to getting heartburn. You can have both. Angina usually has an exertional component - worse with activity, improved by rest. Heart burn usually changes with meals - getting better or worse, even with just drinking water. Antacids usually help.  A stress test can help distinguish these and you may benefit from one.

Depends: That ef is adequate for a good life, if head and rest of organs are ok now.
Follow up with cardiology and echocardiograms.

I'm sorry: your doctor doesn't know what to do.  You've given little information, but if you have a  negative calprotectin, it's likely that you don't have inflammation in your intestines.  ASCA IgG is very non-specific, and serum IgA was probably checked to make sure your celiac panel was valid.  With a full history and more labs, it would be easier to figure you out.  Cholecystectomy may cause diarrhea.
