As many as possible: There are so many disorders, that it is hard to generalize, but i believe they all can benefit from good cognitive methods. There are also many varieties of tx. If your therapist thinks a med eval is a good idea, they will refer for a consult. If meds are not needed, they should be avoided imho. They have side effects and often understanding yourself better will help a lot. Find one you trust.

I would agree that your ED is.most likely psychogenic, if no medical issues, and that you will improve with proper sex therapy at a men's sexual health clinic or by a sexologist.

Depression and anxiety  come to mind in particular.  I doubt that osteopathic manipulation can offer much for treating these issues however, unless pain is a large part of the problem, (then yes).

Call your insurance company for substance abuse referrals or your local emergency departments.
