Yes: The psoas muscle  is a "hip flexor", meaning it helps you lift your knee up toward your chest.  But because of its location along your spine and connecting to your pelvis, it can cause issues with back mobility when tight or in spasm.

Psoas: Generally, no. The psoas starts along the anterior aspect of the lumbar spine and attaches below the hip on the lesser trochanter. Perhaps some groin pain would be felt.

: Likely question to ask is whether the thigh problem is due to disuse atrophy or nerve problem associated with prior surgery.  An EMG study can help sort this out, and could be easily done prior to further surgery.

Could be: Coming from any of the organs in the chest:  heart, lungs, esophagus.  Make sure this is not a heart attack, even at your age.  Other common possibilities are gerd, lung infection, shingles.  But see a doctor to exclude heart attack.

Muscle strain: You must have sprained your neck during sleep in unusual position. Some time working on the computer for long hours also contributes to the stiffness of neck movement in certain position. Try Ice application,Ben Gay etc.

so my left testical has kinda had dull pain thats off and on tho its more of a constant when i wear tight pants ive pretty much ruled out torsion as i have none of the symptoms so idk if its a injury or what?

: You should have your doctor evaluate it to determine if there is anything wrong or if it is just from pressure. Does it hurt all the time or only when there is pressure applied, like when you are wearing tight pants? For now, you should avoid tight pants until your doctor has a chance to evaluate you.
