Yes, if you: use it too much or too often.  Now you have a bacterial infection that hopefully will respond to antibiotics, but you can also get fungus or other atypical infections.  Antibiotics will not help these.  You need to consult with an ENT specialist for definitive treatment.  Surgery might be necessary.

Melanonychia Striata:  Melanonychia striata is a brown-black lines in the nail  the goes from the base to the tip of the nail. Get it checked just to make sure it isn't related to a malignancy

: Yes polymyxin b does have activity against pseudomonas.  Bacitracin has activity against other skin bacteria such as staph. This makes neosporin or the equivalent store brand a good option for minor skin infections.  If the wound is clean and doesn’t appear infected (not red, hot, swollen) then just washing it with soap and water should be fine.  If infected then apply 3 x per day. Leave open some

Bacterial sensitivit: Your doctor should have your urine culture checked for sensitivity to specific antibiotics.  Hopefully both bacteria are sensitive to one antibiotic but if not, two may be required.  Some bacteria become resistant to certain antibiotics so sensitivities are the way to go especially if the urinary tract infection persist.

can i use topical clindamycin cream 4 outer ear infection? will it be effective against pseudomonas, the probable bacteria?  will cream be ok for ear?

Probably not.: It would be very hard to get the Clindamycin cream all the way into the full length of your ear canal, and Clindamycin is not usually the antibiotic of choice for outer ear infection.  Please see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

i was treated for pseudomonas fluorescens & acinetobacter with cipro the infection was killed-then got infection again & was treated with cipro & tobramycin iv & the bacteria was resistant. i'm willing to try anything-new antibiotic halicin but not?

: I assume that you're referring to a urinary tract infection. Is the current infection caused by acinebacter which is a notoriously multidrug resistant bacterium. The optimal choice of antibiotics to treat this type of infection is still unknown. I don't know enough about halicin which is rather new. Hopefully a specialist in infectious disease is involved in your care &amp; working in collaboration.

Some, yes: Bv. Or bacterial vaginosis can be passed back and forth.  Some doctors routinely treat both partners, especially if recurrent.
