Itchy bottom: Puritis ani describes itching around the anus. It has many causes including excessive or inadequate wiping, moisture (chapped), sensitivity to scented toilet paper or laundry products, superficial yeast infection, and pinworms. Try to change your toileting habits, use a protective cream or anti-fungal cream. If these don't help see your doctor.

Usually PAIN: Itchy anus often due to hemorrhoids, can be due to worms, skin irritation, fungal skin infection, psoriasis, lichen planus (skin condition), etc. Anal problems can lead to abscess (pus pocket)-generally very painful, with fever; itching would be the least of it.

Pin worm?: Pin worm infestation fits with most of the symptoms.  A doctor can diagnose by examining anal area and prescribe effective treatment.  You may have additional issues as well and should see your doctor.

Many diseases: Itching of the anus has many causes: hemorrhoids, excessive cleaning habits, anal warts, anal cancer, dermatitis and allergic reactions, fecal incontinence, food related (from spicy food, soda, chocolate), and many other diseases. If your symptoms persist, you should see a colorectal surgeon to examine the anus and if there is any lesion it may need biopsy or other treatments.

Yeast: This sounds like a bad yeast infection with regard to the itching and watery / white discharge.  Given the presence of actual blisters and odor, there might be additional infections that need to be evaluated in person with an exam.
