Qauda equine syndrome, a rare disorder affecting the bundle of nerve roots (cauda equina) at the lower (lumbar) end of the spinal cord, is a surgical emergency. If patients with cauda equina syndrome do not get fast treatment to relieve the pressure, it can result in permanent paralysis, impaired bladder and/or bowel control, loss of sexual sensation, and other problems.

Anytime, but  : You must be proactive in terms of lifestyle changes including: weight control, regular exercising & not smoking.  Make sure you have adequate sleep and good vitamin d/calcium intake.  Most people remain functional without spine surgery for lower back pain.  You may require additional treatment that may include physical rherapy, medication as well as possible pain management techniques.

No: A slipped disc or herniated disc can press on the spinal cord or a nerve but will not put enough pressure on the spinal cord to interfere with the respiratory function.  You would need to have a significant neck injury in order to do enough damage to interfere with breathing.

Your question is?: You have not asked a question. The hemangioma likely has no clinical significance. However, you do have fairly severe osteoarthritis and stenosis in cluding a new disc herniation. Try conservative therapy first with nsaids, physical therapy and possibly targeted injections. Additional surgery is a last resort.
