High Urine P/C: Your u protein- creat ratio means you are spilling protein (p) in your urine. You now have good kidney function. See a physician to get a 24 hour urine for a creatinine clearance and protein to quantify the amount of p you have. You will need a drug like ramipril-an ace-inhibitor, or benicar, (olmesartan) an angiotensin receptor blocker to reduce the p you have. If this done, you will protect your kidneys.

Muscle is muscle: There is a trace amount of creatine and creatinine in muscle meats which contributes slightly to urine creatinine, but most of it comes from the production of creatine in your own muscle.  Creatine is used for short term storage of energy as creatine phosphate and some leaks out of your muscles every day.  After a loading dose of 25 g per day for a week, 5 g creatine per day helps muscles work.

Depends: It depends how high the protein levels are when they were checked. High urine protein levels are often a marker of kidney disease. High blood protein levels can be seen in multiple myeloma. This is concerning, and i would ask your physician for additional information.

Referral: The best person to ask is the physician (P) who referred you to the hematologist, as the P knows you best of all. I would image that the electrophoresis results suggested that you may have multiple myeloma and as I do not have all the pertinent lab data, I cannot be sure of that. Please call you P and direct your attention to her, as she knows you best of all.

No worries: This is within the normal range for a male of 60-110 umol/l.  Higher muscle mass typically gives a higher level.  Stay well hydrated and you'll be fine.

Needs confirmation : It means you have around 2 gm of protien in the urine which is very abnormal. This needs a confirmation by repeating the test and be sure you don't have other reason to explain it like UTI or blood in the urine. If confirmed, then needs comprehensive work up to determine the reason. Diabetes is very common one but there are multiple systemic and/or kidney diseases that could cuase it
