Yes, in moderation: Vinegar, including apple cider vinegar, lowers post-prandial glycemia by 20%. This appears to be due to vinegars effect of slowing gastric emptying. Just 2 teaspoons before meals is the effective dose. **Avoid vinegar pills as they have been associated with esophageal injury....their pH and contents are not standardized. Avoid large dose of apple cider vinegar as  it can cause hypokalemia.

Usually it's diluted: in a glass of water and not taken straight if a person has stomach issues, as it is acidic in nature. You may want to discuss this with your doctor to see if you can benefit from this or not. It's not for everyone, and if you are taking medications, you definitely should run it past your doctor first to make sure it's for you.

Has no alcohol, safe: Vinegar does not contain alcohol. It has acetic acid, a very different chemical. It is very safe though should be diluted before consuming. There are no proven drug interactions; some sites say large amounts might interact with digoxin, insulin and diuretics because it can lower potassium, but it contains potassium so I doubt that. Neither: If you are otherwise healthy -- in particular, if your kidneys are working normally -- this will neither help nor harm your health in any way.  Assuming, of course, that you're not drinking liters of the stuff. Too much acid (which is what this is) or anything else can be harmful.

Osteoporosis: No those items are not bad for your bones.
You are still young to have osteoporosis. If you have it, are you being treated for osteoporosis?  I don't see any osteoporosis meds on your medication list!
