Multilingual?: Many children will be a bit delayed in language if they are in a household that is multilingual.  Look for progression in his language...Is he increasing his vocabulary? If you are concerned ask your pediatrician to refer you for a speech and language evaluation.

Many people have it: Many people have thalassemia minor. It's more common Mediterranean, Arab, or Asian peoples. "Thal minor" is "Thal trait", and means a person has one gene for the disorder. That means he should have no symptoms. If he marries a woman with who carries no blood disorder genes, then about half of their kids will inherit one thalassemia gene from Dad, and be Thal minor kids, usually without symptoms.

Herpes: you likely were shedding virus in the prodromal phase.  Since you were using protection it is less likely that he was infected but there is still a chance.  It would be wise if he does not know of the possibility to inform him.  You also can shed virus without lesions. Talk to your doctor about antivirals to keep breakouts and viral shedding to a minimum.

It's the stress: Herpes unfortunately 'hides' in the nerve roots and waits for the 'right time' to come out. There's usually some type of stress that triggers it, since the immune system lets down its guard, and then the herpes virus has a  party at your expense. Best to AVOID stress in all forms - arguing, road rage, financial worries, smoking, alcohol, lack of sleep, injuries, etc. Easy to list, hard to practice

No quick answer: There is no short answer to the  question. If there are symptoms  associated with schizophrenia or any other  psychological symptoms, a person should see a psychiatrist and discuss the symptoms as well as any concerns about them. It is  is understandable why someone would wish that a symptoms was "nothing at all." however, such wishful thinking leads to avoiding treatment which can be helpful.

Hang in there!: This phase of your pregnancy can be accompanied with bouts of contractions.  this is common.  Make sure you are drinking enough water and staying in touch with your physician.  Active labor could happen any time, but may still be a ways off.  Hang in there!
